Please note that in order for 旅館children under 12 years old to stay for free guests must request the extra bed in the special request box when booking. The maximum number of guests per room applies in every case.

The hotel provides valet parking for an additional cost of EUR 29 per day.

Please note that the credit card used to make the prepayment is required upon check-in. If the card used is not the guest's card, please advise the hotel when booking. The hotel will send you a pre-authorisation form that will have to be returned within 24 hours.

Prepayment can be organised by bank transfer and is due within 48 hours after the booking is made. Please contact the property at the time of booking if you wish to organise the prepayment by bank transfer. If the bank transfer is not made on time, the credit card used when booking will be charged. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
