Please note that a mandatory service charge is not included in the price and guests must ensure that the property is left clean.
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit is a minimum of EUR 100 and maximum of 30% of the stay, according to the number of nights booked.
Please note that the property will contact you after booking regarding prepayment.
For all guests checking in after 22:30, please ensure that you contact the property in advance to organise key collection and check-in. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 100, rue Barberis, 06300 Nice. Please inform Villa Sud Nice in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
