Reception opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00

Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00

Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.

Price includes: accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), charge and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00).

At an extra cost and subject to availability, a baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested. The kit includes: 1 folding bed with fitted sheet, 1 highchair, 1 nappy changing mat , 1 pushchair.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is open from May to September.

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
