Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.

The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

The property has a strict no party policy.

Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.

Should the maximum number of people per room be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.

Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.

The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions.

Check in after 20:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 and by prior arrangement.

Check-in after 00:00 is not permitted. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Stratford Grove House in advance of your expected arrival time.
